Pajaritos

One of the most important foods in Chile is pajaritos. It is a delicious sweet food, you can eat this food everyday but it's not normal because in Chile they eat Chilean food on 18 of September, the independence day, but they have a few exceptions for example cazuela which is a type of soup, corn cake or beans. To prepare pajaritos you need, flour, sugar, meringue, a little bit of lemon and eggs. With the flour and sugar you have to make a sweet bread that we have to cook in a oven, to make the meringue we have to use a pan and add sugar and 4 egg yolks, then we have to beat the result and we will have our meringue, sometimes Chilean people like them with little candies. If you want to eat this delicious food, you obviously have to come to Chile and go to a cake shop, probably they will have pajaritos to eat, but you can also eat them cooking at home.
